Free Topic: Hollow Knight

Hey, so this week blog is about a free topic, so I would love to talk about a game that I’ve been playing non stop for the past weeks called Hollow Knight.

Hollow Knight is a videogame developed by Team Cherry, the game started has a Kickstarter crowdfunding and ended up being a beloved game since it’s release in 2017. The game it’s really beautifull, with breathtaking ilustrations that bring the mood of the game to life. You start like a little knight in the realm of Hollownest, a fallen kingdom wich it’s story unfolds as we progress in the game, but it’s not told by a linear form of storytelling, in fact, the story of the fall of Hollownest it’s told by a really criptic maner, allowing the player to explore without much restriction descovering bit by bit the pieces of the story told by the habitants that you encounter, the enemies that you face and the ruins you end up visiting.

The game despite of looking really nice and cute ended up being a really challenging gaming experience, where the timing of your moves makes it or breaks it at the moment of battle, witch can be really frustrating but rewarding at the same time. But my absolute favorite thing about this game it’s the soundtrack, witch can be beautifull and eary at the same time, and bring the experience to a hole new level for me.
